Damaged door

The door arrived damage with dents and a broken to corner. Poorly packaged with minimal padding on the sides only. spoke with a customer since rep and was told it cold be returned. Online it says to return in person. I am in NC it was shipped from TN. I need someone to call me.

New pantry

I ordered the 8 doors solid pine door to replace our bifold pantry door. This enabled us to mount a shelf system on the back of the door. I made the jam from scratch with 1x6 pine, doorstop and casing. The door arrived in perfect condition and is made very well.

Very high quality door, nice grain

This is a very nicely made solid core door. I was pleased to see that all exposed surfaces are clear pine with no knots at all. There is a very slight lengthwise warp but this is pretty much unavoidable with solid wood and won't cause a problem for my intended use as a pocket door. I needed something that didn't come pre-hung and this fits the bill perfectly.

DON'T BUY THIS DOOR

The door insets were not square or symmetrical, the inset finish was rough and in need of significant wood filler and rough sanding. Thus door is not finished nor primer ready. The door sides were cracked and shockingly rough and in need of significant sanding

All my doors in bedrooms and bathrooms are nominal 30" doors with actual dimension of 29 7/8" This door really is 30". Unfortunately the existing opening was 30". I had to spend time planing an 1/8" off the door for proper fit. Good quality door other than that. Heavy duty for sure,
