bought two boxes to help my family in PR, paying $80. Lowe's sent the wrong ones (with plastic backplates) and they came broken. I asked a shipping label to return them.(There's no Lowe's in PR.) Customer service said that they couldn't create a label and offered $25 "compensation." I lost $50. SAD.
