Mower is in shop

I bought the mower in August last year. It probably had 12 mows on it when the self-propelled feature quit. It has been in the Ego factory authorized shop for 10 weeks now. I’m not happy.

Upgraded from a 30 year old 2 stroke lawnmower. Love the low maintenance and low noise of the EGO mower. Cut quality is great and runtime allows me to cut a half acre without stopping.
