What Customers Are Saying

The trimmer offers powerful performance, easily handling thick grass, weeds, and small saplings. The 56V battery provides long-lasting runtime. Users praise the ergonomic design, including the adjustable handle and lightweight construction, which makes it comfortable for extended use. Great trimmer

Would Recommend

Very powerful trimmer with a great size cutting swath. This thing easily powers through the roughage at the back of my lot and along the banks of the creek in my yard. It's well balanced and not too heavy for long sessions. Coupled with my 5 amp hour battery it lasts about an hour or so on the medium rpm setting. Would definitely recommend this to a friend if asked.

Rotates Counter Clockwise!

Would Not Recommend

All previous ego trimmers I've owned rotated clockwise. I been with ego products for 7 years. I decided to give this commercial trimmer a try. Not knowing it spun counter clockwise. And immediately I could tell. I proceeded to still edge with it. It was not pretty or up to my meticulous standards. I could not get the quality edge with this trimmer compared to an ego trimmer that rotates clockwise. I wish ego had 2 options with this trimmer. Clockwise and Counter Clockwise. Let the consumer deci...

Quiet, well balanced

Would Recommend

It’s quiet, powerful, and I like the power level selector. It’s pretty well balanced, and nothing about it feels poor quality. I do think it’s a bit expensive to not come with a battery, but it does come in decently cheaper than most commercial weed eaters and then with the battery it’s roughly comparable.

Great

Would Recommend

Multi head is not great. decide to get trimmer and edger separate. Operates great and feels great in hands. would recommend over the multi head trimmer /edger any day.

It feels like a great commercially built tool

Would Recommend

I like the product- as I explained to the rep at EGO- the only drawback is that the wheel spins counterclockwise. This is very difficult if you are Rt handed. It does not edge smoothly like the other trimmers that are spinning clockwise. I am at a crossroads on deciding to return it for a Carbon Fiber residential unit.
