Best Generator I've ever bought!

Let me start with the packaging because it was so solid and protected no damage could happen. Delivered quickly. I used the instructions and video's from the site and it was very easy and clear on how to put it together. I tried it out the next day and it worked so fast without having to pull that darn cord. I am a 5ft female who has problems with the cords even on my mower and chain saw so this was great. I felt like I was a 16 yr old buying my first mustang, that is how excited this made me...

Great generator

I've only had to use it twice, but it did exactly what I was hoping for. When it was freezing out, we still had heat, hot water, and able to cook. I would recommend this generator.

Game changer when power was out after major storm

Our generator was finally put to the test when an unexpected, severe storm took out power across the area for several days due to downed trees and power lines. We were able to keep the house comfortable with fans, had lights when the neighbors didn't and most importantly, it kept our water well, septic systems, refrigerator and freezer running so no loss of food. Would definitely buy it again!

So Far.....

Although I haven't had a chance to do more than start it all three ways on gasoline, it seems to work well. very easy to start, even with the pull rope. I am looking forward to using it with my plasma cutter as well as hook it into my house electrical.

Great product

I just received generator works great love it but can not get the push button to work at all want even light up. Probably going to need parts from warranty relay, starter, or ahole new push button start & keyless start. But will pull start fine need answers or parts. Thank u

Great generator had it wired for whole house use and with the remote control start it is easy to use don't have to go out into the weather to start it and the trickle charger that comes with it keeps me confident it will start when I need it

13000 eh grnerator

I have had a 13000 eh for two years now and it runs my whole house. Even my 4 ton AC with hard start on it. We lost power several times a year. Seems like when the wind blows hard power goes out. I have installed natural gas conversion and it once had to run whole house for three days. Eight hours on and one hour cool down to check oil. Then run another eight hours.
