Lowes special orders always have problems.
I ordered this door through Lowes.com. On the day it was supposed to be delivered the store called me asking if I knew where the door was and where it was supposed to be delivered. I looked up the order and explained to Donald that it was ordered to be delivered to my shop, and that is had not arrived. please never special order through Lowes
Terrible experience the door arrived at the store broken. No one called to inform us. I got the info after waiting and calling all day. The only option because it was special order through lowes online was to cancel and re order. This was the last special order I will ever do through Lowes... tjay are an absolute joke.
