I could make it 5 star, if 1, their QA made sure that the deck-facing surface flat 360 degree to mate the rubber washer of a drain. They only made my shower pan ~ 330-degree flat. If I wasn't careful to spot the defect, the washer wouldn't seal, and it would be a nightmare. I had to put some silicone between the surfaces when I install the drain. 2. Beautiful, Sturdy, Heavy, Solid. It has no give to it when stepped on, is very shiny and sleek looking, and the 36" feels HUGE compared to our old 22" wide tub/shower. One thing we did though, was to add some little bar magnets in about four places along the inside threshold of the base. Then we glued some small circle magnets to the outside of our shower curtain liner. Easy to install and solid to stand on.

This is a good solid shower base. It was generally square and straight although the front edge was a bit bowed out. It doesn’t come with a drain so keep that in mind. Instructions are a bit vague especially regarding how much mortar to set underneath the base.

Wrong product shipped

Order was received on time but the wrong size shower base was shipped in the carton that was properly labeled as what we ordered. Because of this our remodel bathroom project was stopped until a new one can be replaced. 😖
