They first one I ordered was damaged in shipment. I haven't installed it yet, but I have the same installed in another bathroom. A little tricky to install if not perfectly plumb.

Glass Exploded, Will Not Honor Warranty

I had the Essence shower door installed by an experienced, licensed contractor in October 2021 as part of an extensive home renovation. Now in March of 2026 one of the doors spontaneously exploded shooting shards and fragments of glass in the shower and the room. The shower was not in use and at ambient temperature. Hi this has been installed for couple years now & a couple of the top rollers have sheared letting the door fall... I need replacement rollers!!

It's a nice heavy duty door and looks good. For the price it is a decent value considerably cheaper that a Kohler that was waiting to be manufactured because of a glass shortage. It is not as easy to install as a Kohler. It would have been so much easier to install and mark and drill the necessary holes if they had thought to just make a simple template for lay out of the holes instead of trying to measure out exactly 1 1/16 inch as required.

The design allows water to leak

Water escapes through the gap between the bottom of the door and the threshold during normal shower use. This appears to be a design tolerance issue—the door sweep does not sit tightly enough, allowing water onto the bathroom floor. The glass and appearance are modern, but performance is disappointing. Customer service was also poor, as representatives were not knowledgeable and could not provide a clear solution.

Very nice. High end doors

Very beautifu doors high quality. Do require a very precise install.

Glass Panel Issue

Install was relatively simple. Panels are heavy - suction cups recommended to move panels. The hardware looks good and appears to be good quality. Our issue is that one of the glass panels appears to have slight twist to it. Because of this the door will not fit into the lower receiver next to the wall without pushing or pulling the door to line up with the bottom track. The other glass panel does not have this problem. Cheaply constructed

Bought Dreamline again because we had a great shower door in our last house. This is cheaply made. We expected more from Dreamline. The cheap plastic upper stoppers fall off the wall. It’s impossible to clean the lower ones the doors fit into. Just all around dissatisfied with the quality.
