Inspect all equipment prior to installation

Went to pick up the shipment and one of the boxes was damaged with the bottom of the glass hanging out. In addition, opened up the framing sections (U Bracket) was bent and twisted and deemed unusable by the person installing the enclosure. We had to call Dreamline to have them send us a new part. Not so much a Lowe's issue more so the manufacturer sending a damaged part- the box with the bracket was in perfect condition so it was shipped defective.

Parts were missing when the 3 boxes arrived. I called customer service and got the parts in the mail 2 days later. Encloser was pretty easy to assemble, it took me about 4 hours with a friend.

Don't let one bad actor spoil the apple cart

Love everything about the product, but their customer service is another story. Their instructions also need to be updated, if you purchase the end panel in addition to the sliding door. When you purchase the door and the end panel, they instruct you to discard the door directions and refer to the end panel directions. The end panel directions refer to parts 23 and 24. They don't ship part 24 as this is part of the door parts, which have a different part number and isn't referenced in the pa...

I was nervous about this purchase, it's fairly expensive and the note about no tolerance for out of plum walls had me concerned. Installation was straight forward and not difficult, instructions are clear. My walls were plumb and square so no issues there. It does actually have a 1/4 tolerance for out of plumb walls, which is slight but would have made me a bit less paranoid when tiling the walls. Loved this product

WAs nervous of how precise the walls needed to be with other products. My walls where within 1/4” about as close as it gets in my opinion for diy. But this shower enclosure in the 36x48” installed very easily in about 5 hours. I had the help from my wife to help lift the glass and hold while I prepared the fittings really no problem at all. It also had very clear and precise instructions to follow. Would buy again and recommend.

Dreamline Shower

Nice shower. A little difficult putting together, but direction thorough. I ordered online and the wrong base popped up to go with my shower. I had to end up building the third wall and was unable to use the end panel. They did not have an end panel to fit the base. They did not offer any compensation or offer to take back the end panel.
