Crap service

The machine, when it worked, was pretty good. Chipped a lot of different size branches. It lasted about 6 months and something broke. Contacted the warranty service department. The guy I had wouldn’t listen and was condescending. He tried telling me the bolt that came undone had locktite on it and I just needed to put some more on. Treat Chipper Well & it will Treat You Well

Overall a great product. Little issues with loading small tiny branches 3/8" or less alignment with shoot is key. Also, the engine bigs down quite a bit when you put though long 3" saplings in the side. I have a 80 foot maple dropped and have used the chipper a total of 10 hours so far and honestly I can't complain too much.

no replacement parts

i bought this machine in 2022. I don't use it much. about 6 times a year for 1.5 hours each time. after 2 seasons the chipper blades flew off so I had to order new flywheel. after 2 morr seasons the same thing happened. this time there are no parts available. I'm very disappointed

parts are impossible to get

I have owned the 533 for 3 years and use it all the time for yard waste and use the mulcher a lot (works o, rate it a 3 for performance). I have had to replace the mulcher blade holder and needed to wait more than 2 months for parts. I should have purchased two as I need another one and again it is out of stock with about 70% of the other parts for who knows how long.
