Great faucet

What an upgrade from my builder grade faucet! It came with everything needed to install and the instructions were easy to follow. It feels sturdy, looks great, and the touch activation is awesome. It can run on the included batteries or an optional hardwire kit can be ordered. I have 2 small complaints, well I have one and the wife has the other. 1. Love the look, hate the quality

Just like recent reviewers, mine has lasted 2 years and 3 months. The magnet that holds it has rusted and fell to pieces and now the touch has stopped working. I have changed batteries and gone through the trouble shooting, it just decides when it wants to work and when it doesn't. Disappointed in the reliability especially for this price point. I would avoid this product.

Touch feature doesn’t work well

This faucet has a mind of its own. Turns off when I’m trying to use it even though my hands are nowhere near it. And It won’t turn on unless the handle is just in the right place. Example... It will not turn on if the water is set to cold. The six batteries have needed to be replaced three times already in the year we have had the faucet. Looks great and works great

The faucet looks great and work great. It definitely take some to get use to the touch sensor. Once gotten used, you will try to touch every faucet to turn on water. 1 year into it - the solenoid seem gone bad - the water won't shut off. A call to Delta customer support, they shipped out a new solenoid for free and it was very easy to replace. 3 years into it - the magnet of the hose unit was corroded to a point the hose unit doesn't stay attached to main faucet anymore. Frustrating to say the least.

This product is nice to look at and that is it. It doesn't function consistently on the touch as you would expect with any touch-sensitive product. Good luck getting it to give you all cold water when you have the handle set to cold. And I'd say the most irritating part is it needs to have batteries installed even if you buy the plug. The faucet still drains the batteries even when plugged in and when the batteries are dead, the faucet doesn't turn on. Don't waste your money on this faucet.

HIgh quality and modern design

We bought this for a kitchen remodel. It was difficult trying to find a simplistic modern looking facet without curvy curly stick handles and under 17 inches. We decided on the Delta Trinsic 9959-DST for the high rating, life time warranty, and made in North America. Doesn’t stand test of time

Had for three years and the magnet rotted out and failed. Doesn’t hold faucet back in any more.

The best faucet I ever owned!

We built a new home in 2015 and used all Delta fixtures because the style fit perfectly with the sleek modern design. The faucets in the kitchen have touch technology are so convenient to use, I will never go back to a standard design. The quality and finish is excellent, I recommend them to all of my friends.

Is this faucet haunted or what?

I’ve been using this faucet for months. It coms on when I put a knife or fork in the sink. It goes off without me touching anything at all. Yesterday it came on when I walked by. Today it’s not coming on at all. The light is red. Surely the batteries aren’t dead in 3 months. I wish I knew how to turn it into a manual faucet.

Pure frustration

We bought a (2 yo) house with this faucet already installed in the kitchen. It worked fine for the first month, but then it started. The water flow would stop by itself, then start running again, then stop. Now, it does not respond to the touch at all, but only by pulling the sprayer down really strong. So frustrating. You are better off with a regular no-touch faucet.
