Hot and cold labels not consistent

I have both this faucet and the Trinsic single-handle bathroom vanity faucet. The cold and hot label are in the opposite direction. For one faucet, when you pull towards the wall, it is hot; in the other, it is cold. It is dangerous for young children, and annoying for us and guests as it is not consistent. Is there any way this can be fixed?

Disappointed with Delta

I registered this product when it was first purchased in 2018. The product no longer works and as I try to find out warranty information, Delta deleted my original registration. Now I have to re-register my product again to even get help. This is both an inconvenience and perhaps a policy change if they no longer provide warranty on my product. Frustrating!!!

DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY

We purchased this faucet to complement updates to our kitchen. That was a mistake! Within 6 months of installation, the faucet no longer worked - no water sometimes and when there is water, the LED lights that indicate water temperature either don't work or don't indicate the correct temperature. Delta sent a replacement part because it's under warranty, but, of course, that leaves us with a second installation cost in less than a year. Time to look for another option before we spend more on ...

Love the look, hate the quality

Just like recent reviewers, mine has lasted 2 years and 3 months. The magnet that holds it has rusted and fell to pieces and now the touch has stopped working. I have changed batteries and gone through the trouble shooting, it just decides when it wants to work and when it doesn't. Disappointed in the reliability especially for this price point. I would avoid this product.

Doesn’t stand test of time

Had for three years and the magnet rotted out and failed. Doesn’t hold faucet back in any more.

I love this faucet

I have now owned this faucet about 3 years. I bought the AC Adapter to alleviate the need for changing batteries. It's beautiful! My only issue, which would not stop me from buying again, is that there is quite a long delay in the faucet going from hot/warm to cold water. Otherwise, I'm happy with this purchase.

Like the faucet, but battery usage is unacceptable

Installed about a 3 weeks ago. The included batteries lasted about 4 days. I figured it was old no-name batteries that were included. Went out and bought some 6 C-cell batteries, expecting that they might last a year, even though the manual says “up to three years.” Guess what? “Up to three weeks” is more like it. That they sell this without an adapter is criminal, particularly when you consider the cost of the product. Save your money!

Breaks consistently

First off, I love the design and the functionality when the faucet works. Also Delta has replaced a piece free of charge for us, which we appreciated. Attached is how our spout looked last year. This year, the sink started dripping and the hot water will not run (if turned to hot) to try and repair, we will have to spend another $200 in hopes replacement parts will work. Beautiful!!!

We placed this in our Airbnb. Such a beautiful faucet and adds some class to our kitchen. Works as advertised and very handy when cooking.
