We had this faucet installed and it has been a nightmare. It turns on when no one is even in the kitchen, and won’t turn on when you’re trying to wash things. I’ll be in the middle of washing bottles and the water will turn off and on repeatedly whenever it wants too and sometimes touch will not even turn it back on. We ordered this faucet and it arrived at our house very quickly. We were contacted by the installer Javier and the faucet was installed right away. He did a great job and explained it all the way through, then tested it to make sure everything worked as expected.

I hate this faucet

I wouldn't recommend this touchless faucet to anyone. Now I am going to have to pay a second contractor to uninstall this faucet, purchase another one and pay to install a new one. It's way too sensitive, even after making adjustments time after time. Plus it turns off in midst of me using. It's just on and off inappropriately and very frustrating.

Worst faucet ever

I wish I could give this zero stars! This faucet does not work as described. It runs when you do not want it to and will not work when you need it to. You have to trigger the sensor around four times to be able to wash your hands. I followed the directions exactly as described but it still would not stay on. I tried turning off the touchless feature but it disabled the entire faucet so no water would come from it period even using the handle manually. I bought this faucet because of its he...

Confusing

I bought two. The one in the island will turn on while walking to the fridge. The one by the window stops working and warm water comes out when it's set to cold and when move the handle the other way it shuts off and the stops working. Many times it's so sensitive it turns on while wiping the counter near it.

Great Faucet for the price.

Had to replace my other touch faucet. This one works just as well and was easy to install

Frustrating to use

Too bad there wasn’t a way to test this faucet out before I purchased and installed it. The sensor is so frustrating. When I turn the lever on the faucet works for a second and then shuts off. It shuts off while I’m washing my hands. I can’t even wash a pan without it shutting off. Sometimes it doesn’t want to turn on at all and I end up turning the lever back and forth and tapping it in all the sensor areas just to get the water to come out. It makes me want to throw things at the wall, lol! Al...
