What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the touchless technology for eliminating the need to touch the faucet with dirty hands, calling it a game-changer for kitchen tasks. The temperature-sensing light that changes color is widely appreciated for preventing burns and enhancing safety. Most users report seamless installation and describe the sleek matte black design as modern and elegant, elevating their kitchen's appearance. The sensor's quick response and reliability drive repeat purchases. However, some customers experience frustrating inconsistencies with sensor responsiveness, including unintended activation or failure to respond. Despite these drawbacks, most consider it a worthwhile upgrade.

Touchless!!

Would Recommend

We’re extremely happy with this faucet especially the touch/touchless feature. My wife really enjoys the touchless aspect when cooking and her hands are full! Definitely recommend.

Technology Not Quite There Yet

Would Not Recommend

I cook and bake a lot so I thought having a faucet that I can turn on without getting my messy hands on it would be great. In practice, however, this faucet is just annoying. If you are washing dishes it turns off when you are trying to rinse. The sprayer turns off right after you grab it to use it. Faucet turns off when the garbage disposal is turned on. It also turns on whenever it feels like it, even if nobody is in the kitchen. It's too late to return so this is just money down the dra...

DO NOT BUY

Have you ever wanted a faucet that stops while you're using it?? We waited 10 years to do a kitchen renno, and I wanted a kitchen that came with all the bells and whistles. The technology in this faucet looked pretty fancy and I had to have it! But as soon as we installed it, I realized the error we had made. With the tap-on function, water will splash back onto your faucet, and your faucet may think that it is you "tapping" it and it will turn off. Not very helpful. With the "wave" function,...

I dig my faucet

Would Recommend

I dig my touch faucet, it’s the 2nd time I’ve purchased one. This one is more sensitive than my last one.

Has a mind of its own

Would Not Recommend

We had this faucet installed and it has been a nightmare. It turns on when no one is even in the kitchen, and won’t turn on when you’re trying to wash things. I’ll be in the middle of washing bottles and the water will turn off and on repeatedly whenever it wants too and sometimes touch will not even turn it back on. We’ll go to turn the water on at the handle and it flashes on and turns right back off when the handle is in the on position. We’ve tried disconnecting the motion sensor, and it sti...

Product is very good. Installation was great!

Would Recommend

We ordered this faucet and it arrived at our house very quickly. We were contacted by the installer Javier and the faucet was installed right away. He did a great job and explained it all the way through, then tested it to make sure everything worked as expected.

I hate this faucet

Would Not Recommend

I wouldn't recommend this touchless faucet to anyone. Now I am going to have to pay a second contractor to uninstall this faucet, purchase another one and pay to install a new one. It's way too sensitive, even after making adjustments time after time. Plus it turns off in midst of me using. It's just on and off inappropriately and very frustrating.
