Bad quality
One of the main components of the product, the shower arm was missing in the box. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Lowe’s shrugged off their responsibility by directing me to get in touch with Delta. Upon calling Delta, there was no apology on their side for the inconvenience. My contractor was in the middle of the installation and they offered to ship the arm which would arrive in six days, again no consideration. Haven't installed yet but this $500 unit came with the box half opened. There was no plastic strapping and 2 of the boxes insides also appeared to be opened. The shower head also had finger prints all over it. This was obviously an opened-box situation that was never properly repacked. I expected more from lowes for such a pricey item. Hopefully no parts are missing.
