Delta Modern Raincan Shower System Champagne Bronze 2-handle Single function 10-in Square Shower Faucet ( Valve Included )

Needs better water pressure

The product is nice but my problem with it it that is doesn’t have enough water pressure, especially the wand which would be nice if it had a pressure adjustment valve like most handhelds do. The cord on the handheld also is still very stiff , even after a few weeks of usage.

Rain head

The rain head barely lets me rinse my hair, which is quite thin. I had better luck the the hose spray. And the hose was so cheap we thru it out and purchased a better one that hangs down correctly. For the cost there should have been no issues. We now need to purchase a better rain head.

lost a customer

you lost a customer on price point alone. I'll never spend that much and I'm sure there are many people around here that feel the same way. I'm not sure you know how economics works. greed has your judgment clouded. for $200 you could probably sell this to 5 million people.

Plastic Hose?

For the (very expensive) price of this unit, I would expect there to be a METAL hose. Instead I found today during installation that it is a cheap vinyl hose that is stiff as a board and does not hang properly. Support said to run some hot water through it... and offered me $25 off of their price for a metal hose which they quoted at $185 (Lowe's has it for $98). Pitiful.

Horrible design

We haven’t had this for even a year and we have leaking behind the handle causing damage to our brand new flooring. It’s already causing mildew issues. So disappointed when you spend over $25,000 to redo your bathroom. The only reason we knew we had a leak is because i cleaned out the closet in the bedroom next to the bathroom and noticed it on the flooring in the closet. Ughhh!!
