The faucet arrived exactly as described, on time. It was well packaged and as beautiful in person as it appears online.

Looks good
It looks nice, we just had it installed in our new build. It was missing the round back plate piece that connects the pipe of the shower head to the wall though so our plumber had to run out and find one. It seems to function well, but haven’t tried it yet.

Rainforest in the shower
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the idea of this raincan. The metal is elegant and intricate but simple. The wand was sleek and a perfect tie in to the raincan system. I was unfortunately unable to install with my bath fitter. Hope I can find a friend who can use the whole system besides just the raincan shower head that I installed.

Huge rain cloud
