Hate It
Piece of garbage. The finish is already peeling after a week and it has no pressure. Can't wait to replace it. It also comes down much too low for tall people. Forget about washing your hair under the shower if you are tall.

A nearly excellent product
Firstly and most importantly, I like the In2ition H2Okinetic spray shower head with handheld shower very much. It's a great product and remarkably easy to install - it almost didn't need any tools to install it. Were it not for the smaller nut connecting the hose to the shower head it wouldn't need any tools at all. The smaller nut is less 'grippable' than the larger nut which connects the hose to the handheld shower, and thus cannot be sufficiently tightened (by me) without a crescent wrench. I...

Installation: Installation instructions were clear and installation was easy and indistinguishable from any common shower head. The quality of the connectors was good in that no Teflon tap was necessary and hand tightening (other than main connection to water supply) was sufficient for no leakage to occur. The In2ition H2Okinetic shower head looks good and my son loves the spray features which actually encourages him to take showers. Installation was a little bit more of a pain than other heads that I have installed, especially if detaching the mount from the actual head. The mounting nut is metal, however the shower threads are plastic, so it’s easy to cross thread while installing (see attached photos). Nice color, installed easily. Directions indicate turn knob 5 - there isn't any 5 on the drawing. The shower has nice volume and pressure. The three spray patterns from the hand held was a nice surprise. Installation was about 5 minutes including removing the old shower head. Overall, it is a very nice system. I would recommend it to anyone.

High quality - easy to install - works great. I do wish shower arm would have been included, my existing arm has seen better days.

A good shower and wand combo.
It works good. But the rectangular shape of the wand limits the spray pattern. Other than that I think that this is an overall good product. It was easy to install and is easy to use.
