What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the faucet's flawless design and stainless steel finish, but express deep frustration with the soap dispenser, which frequently fails within one to two years despite light use. The pump mechanism breaks, cracks, or gets stuck due to cheap plastic construction, and customers cannot purchase replacement parts alone—forcing costly replacement of the entire unit. Many find this lack of repairability illogical for a simple device. While some note the dispenser worked initially, the overwhelming pattern of premature failure contradicts the faucet's reliable reputation, leaving most customers disappointed despite their loyalty to the brand.

Education Needed

Picking up the item was an education in it self. Without a clerk there, I would not have known what to do. I may need some more education as how to split up the two orders I placed in.

DeLuca Bronze Soap Dispenser works great.

The Soap and Lotion dispenser looks great on the counter. It works fine and helps reduce the clutter of dish soap on the counter.

Matches color of Delta Champange Bronze

This was ridiculously expensive for a plastic soap dispenser. But the color matches Delta's Champange Bronze color and you can pump with one hand. I believe soap pumps come in two sizes- small opening and large. This is large.
