Delta Cruzer 12-in 15-Amp Dual Bevel Sliding Compound Corded Miter Saw

Plenty of power with features to back it up.

The saw is very easy to use with plenty of power. Came from a Dewalt 12” to the Delta 10”. It feels smooth when operating. No kick when it starts up. Overall it’s been better for me than the Dewalt annd I’ve anlso wanted to try the robot arm style saw. Also the Delta Mobile Saw stand with this is amazing. If you’ve made it this far, please get another blade. The stock blade is really bad.

Solidly constructed saw

This feels substantial, parts aren’t cheap plastic and I like how the arms move as opposed to a sliding track.

Love the shade line.

This thing is so smooth with the gliding arms instead of the traditional rails. Highly recommend. Originally wanted the 12" but financials were tight but needed it so far not disappointed.

An amazing machine

Love that I can put it against the wall and don’t need to build a wider miter table since I work on a 2 car garage

Good alternative to the bosch at a cheaper price

So far has been a very solid saw. Well packaged in box, seems to cut and hold true. Great to have the extra depth behind the saw that would otherwise be used by the saw. The shadow line feature is nice, but I feel like the LED source could be brighter. The manual isn't the best in terms of detailing the usage of the saw, especially regarding the interlocks for rotating the saw. But overall, I like it a lot, cuts very well without bogging down. I also like the extendable fences.

They will need an open space when cutting.

Whom it may concern: I am very satisfied with my new Delta miter saw. It glides like butter. Like nothing I ever had before. The only fixture I can complain about it is the wood dust when you cutting. Too much when you don’t have a dust collection system. Other than that it is an amazing machine.

Wow! Great value

First of all, I’m just a DIY’er. So, I was accustomed to making all kinds of angle cuts with a traced line free hand with a handheld circular saw. This saw is incredibly easy to use. It’s 10 times faster and more accurate. I was intrigued by the cast aluminum framing, and the shadow line for the cut line. The arm action is so smooth. I was cutting shelving, and it made absolutely perfect cuts. This saw has the same capability as the much more expensive Bosch mitre saw. I’m not a contract...
