Incompetent delivery

The glass shower doors were left 1/2 way up the driveway in back of construction vehicles that backed up over it. Send a replacement!

Very poor shipping.

Would Not Recommend

I purchased two doors that fit my budget and needs; according to my order, they were supposed to arrive in two weeks. When the pickup date came, the staff—displaying a bad attitude and making me wait nearly an hour—found only one door, which was in terrible packaging condition; I picked it up anyway because I really needed it. As for the second door, they simply told me they couldn't find it and that it was still on its way. To this day, I have received no updates on the delivery, and Lowe's off...

Product Damaged - Twice

Would Not Recommend

It's the second time I had to order this product for the same project. And both times the item has come broken. And if I order it again it's gonna take almost another month to get here. It's an expensive product that is supossed to be used in one of our projects. We haven't been able to finish it because of this, we as a company are getting bad feedback from our clients due keep delaying this task.

Destroyed in transit

Would Not Recommend

shipping box is way too thin and was shredded in transit. instructions were missing. glass had looked ok, but ended up being damaged on installation with the light reflecting at a different angle. Lowes is unable to assist as I have had the item for over 30 days due to trying to find an installer. Now I need to contact Delta directly.

shipping was atrocious!!

You sent glass shower doors to be delivered in packaging so damaged that the glass and frame were broken. I had a deadline and now you cost me a fortune to reschedule and go purchase new doors. NEVER AGAIN!!

Product detail pg says "2-3 panels." I need a triple bypass door for a 54" opening. That's 1 fixed panel and 2 bypass doors = 2/3 open space??
