Great unit tough install
I purchased and installed this unit yesterday. I chased after purchasing another unit that didn’t have the auto lid option. These toilets are amazing. So far this one works perfectly. I would advise deer valley to come up with a comparison tool. It’s really hard to understand what the difference is between the toilets. The major down side is that these toilets can hit your existing water valve. I had to cut drywall and relocate my valve in order to install this unit. Overall it’s a great...

Remote stopped working in less than 6 months
I purchased this toilet from Lowe's Niskayuna, NY. It is not even 6 months and the remote stopped working. This is expensive product so I reached to Manufacturer but seems like they are operating from different country. Upon reaching out to them they sent me instructions which is not working. We bought this Product Online. We Hired a Plumber to Install it. Because the Mounting Bolts are under the Tank, and the Hoses, and Electronical Cord are in the way, it is not an easy task to Install it! Pad $150.00 to have it Installed, and although it works, it's not bolted to the Floor.

Smart Toilet Does Not Work
We bought this toilet and it won’t stop running. We hired 2 plumbers to fix it and they were not able to. We called Lowe’s and they refuse to take it back. This is a waste of money. Stay away from this product! It’s going to the landfill along with my hard earned money. Also couldn’t find good instructions on the installation from the company.
