What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the heated seat for its quick warmth and comfort, especially during cold mornings, calling it a worthwhile upgrade alone. The smart features—automatic lid, foot-kick flush, remote control, and blackout function—deliver genuine hands-free convenience that many find transformative. The bidet with warm water and air dryer impresses users initially skeptical about the technology. The sleek, tankless design earns consistent compliments for its modern aesthetic. A few report minor issues with lid functionality, flush noise, or installation complexity, but most consider these drawbacks negligible compared to the overall luxury experience and daily comfort gains.

So good we've installed one in our second home

Would Recommend

These are great products - my wife liked ours so much, when we built a second home she insisted we have a DeerValley toilet in that one, too. I was able to do the install myself, they've been maintenance free so far, and the one time I had to reach out with a question they've been responsive and very helpful.

I MUST HAVE A LEMON

Would Not Recommend

After reading all the rave reviews, I was sold. Not so much after I received it. After $600 in repeat visits from the plumber, the company thought it was the seat. So they sent me a new seat and it still doesn't work. I reset the remote about 100 times (not exaggerating) it finally worked - but only once. Reset it again about 30 times it worked again - but only once. Tried to get help on how to use the manual function - what a joke. There are no clear instructions on how to use the manual...
