After shopping for this item “in-store” at the Mesquite store without success - I came home and ordered “on-line”. And within 30 minutes was advised it was in my “locker”. My suspicions were confirmed when I went to pick the item up - and it was the wrong item. Something about the ordered item being 12” long, and the item received being 8” long made it obvious. So I returned the incorrect item - then later I went back to the Lowe’s app and reordered - this time from the North East Dallas store. ...
