Height adjustment

You need to read the instructions on the packet, there is a ring on the bottom with an arrow that has to be turned to unlock the flange to adjust the height for the tank.The locking tabs are brittle easily broken. Most tanks it is not necessary to adjust the height it is set at factory for 8"

Not universal at all

The flow valve is not adjustable and is way too low for my tank. The directions are HORRIBLE. The print is very small and all the illustrations are on top of one another, making it impossible to tell what piece goes where. There is a mystery coil piece that I have no idea what it is, what it does or where it goes. The threads that come out of the bottom of the tank and connect to the water line are not long enough to work with my old parts from the water line, so it pours water when I turn the w...

if you have a older toilet you don't want this kit

this product is designed for low flow toilets and sure didn't work in mine. doesn't allow for enough water to even flush a piece of toilet paper down. Had to return them, took 2 trips and finally a employee that knew more on orders paid with paypal was able to issue me a refund
