AM Aqua seal is a well made faucet.
Fairly easy to install. Want to convert the fixtures to nickle handles but nobody makes them. Only chrome. May have to tear out and install complete new faucets.

Hot stem works well in old sinks
We have an old sink (40+ years!) and this fit perfectly. Package contains the seat. Don't confuse hot and cold valve or you'll be turning the handles the wrong way! This is the hot valve (turns counter-clockwise). The only issue that I have is that it takes a bit of turn before the water flows. This may be the way my sink is set up. I don't have anything else to compare it to.

Perfect for an old sink
We have an old sink (40+ years!) and this fit perfectly. Package contains the seat as well. Don't confuse hot and cold valve or you'll be turning the handles the wrong way! This is the cold valve.
