I put this on my garage floor after pouring some self leveler. Looks very professional if you put the effort into it. The "gritty" feeling is a nice feel.

Works Great! Very durable.
My basement is from 1910 and about 750 square feet. I wanted a 1 part epoxy as I wanted to be able to touch up, put floor chips in, and have a nice shine. I first cleaned the floor 4 times with TSP. Then Etched it twice with muriatic acid. I then used drylok masonry crack filler to caulk the cove joints of the basement. I would NOT recommend drylok masonry crack filler. Open box before you leave Lowes
I didn't open the box till ready to use the floor paint which was about 7 days after picking up from Lowes.When I opened the box Lowes had packed the wrong paint!

Good price, easy to install, fast drying, not much smell. Put two coats of Platinum color in basement. Ordered it on line and shipped free to my door. Looks nice.

THIS PAINT WILL NOT STICK TO ANYTHING BUT RAW CONCRETE. NO SEALERS OR OTHER COATINGS. MUST GRIND ALOT TO GET THRU ALL COATINGS TRIED TWO TIMES ON A FLOOR THAT LOOKED LIKE NOTHING HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY APPLIED AND FAILED BOTH TIMES. WOULD NOT TRY AGAIN. NOT FOR THE HOMEOWNER. HAVE BEEN PAINTING FOR 40 YEARS AND WAS THE NICEST PAINT I EVER APPLIED BUT WOULD NOT STICK. PLAN ON HIRING SOME ONE TO GRIND FLOORS IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE OF SOMETHING ON IT.
