Works as expected, but it must be assembled

Works as it should. The assembly instructions could have been better.

Assembly instructions are poor, very general, not specific, lacking detailed pictures. While I figured it out, this was needless frustration. Whoever engineered this should have been required to assemble it before finalizing the design. Some of the bolts are in very tight places such that you can't get a socket on and there's less than quarter turn with a wrench. Perhaps worse, you have to turn the unit on its side to add oil. One of the chutes blocks one of the oil plugs. That is where the dip...

Robust and Well Built - Follow up

After running it for a few hours now, I'm more than pleased with the purchase. Even with larger branches, no jams and the chipped product is readily useable for gardens or trails. One problem - the chip bag is just bad. It ripped after the second use. The material is thinner than a t-shirt and can easily be torn. For a machine at this price point, a bag made from canvas that will last more than a few minutes shouldn't be much to ask for.

Pretty good chipper

Chipper works great. The only negative part I’ve found so far is the rubber guard over the large material shoot. The flaps started tearing away the fist day. I’d say the rubber material is poor quality and too thin. Look at purchasing a replace and decided to make my own out of thicker material. The price they wanted for replacement was ridiculous. as I mentioned, I think there was too thin to start with..

Robust and Well Built

Delivered to my home, arrived without any issues. Pros: Overall build quality seems solid. Fairly well balanced when moving by hand. Included tow bar is a nice to have accessory. At first glance, the oil fill seemed trapped under the branch chute, but there's an alternate location on the opposite side - just swap the plug with dipstick and you're good to go. NOT worth the money

Picked this up after purchasing online (drove 1.5hrs). it was fully assembled and FULL of water! All the materials were moldy and the machine doesn't even "chip/shred" it chewing itself up more than wood (the internal system appears to be put together wrong-OR- truly poor design) !!! I will be returning this!

NOT worth the money

We bought this fully assembled by Lowes. We've used this ONCE. before even using it once we opened up the blade area and found that the blades had already dug into part of the machine and they swing around inside. Tried to use it and because the blades swing around inside, ir doesn't chip anything.

For those looking to buy it get it soon don't wait

This is an excellent equipment to do a great job anywhere around the house yard and farm property. Easy to assembly and operate and to perform maintenance.

Not for the customer

Fail first day I had it. Your policy not returns after 48 hours. I purchased it and did not get a chance to use it for a week and a half. Now jumping through all these hoops to get it fixed
