I bought this almost 3 years ago and only used it 4 times. It practically looks brand new. Today it couldn’t even remove lug nuts on my pickup that were torque to 100#. I thought it was defective but after reading all of these similar reviews I’m not sure it’s worth the effort of pursuing a warranty claim. I definitely don’t feel comfortable buying their newer version since this tool isn’t as powerful as they claim….. what do you say customer service?

There's not a better mid torque than this!
This mid torque is amazing! I switched 3 milwaukee mid torque for these after I used it for one day. Mix it with a flexvolt battery and this suckered will do anything you need it too! Lighter weight than the full size and super piwerful!! love ittt!!!

Outstanding performance
Bought this tool about a year or two ago and it has never failed me. It removed lug nuts on a friends truck that had been tightened to 150#. I've tested it myself on my truck where I had tightened me lug nuts to 150#. I really like having this tool and would definitely recommend it to people.
