Dewalt’s new 12 Volt MAX infrared thermometer is ideal for electricians, plumbers, remodeler and HVAC contractors who are tasked with scanning for temperature changes on the jobsite and locating potential trouble spots. With the ability to measure temperatures from negative 20 degrees Fahrenheit to 932 degrees Fahrenheit and a patent-pending LED hot and cold spot indicator, the ID thermometer provides visual and/or audio alarms to alert contractors in noisy work conditions. Maximum initial battery pack voltage (measured without a workload) is 12 V. measured under a workload, nominal voltage is 10.8.
