This impact with a less than fully charged battery will struggle to break bolts, its been underwhelming. I am returning it and getting the better dewalt 3/8 impact wrench

Be aware of battery type compatibility

Product is a 12 volt battery system & not 20 volt & is not compatible with my existing 20 volt batteries. I did not realize this until after I opened the box, I am sure unit functions fine since it is a Dewalt product.
