Product itself is great. Customer service very bad. Item was missing two small parts. When I brought it back to store they would not help me because item number did not match number on the box, even though it came in that box!

Good tool for multiple DIY jobs, affordable.
Works as advertised. Used to cut trim and dress up sub floor prior to replacing rotten pieces. If angled it would create heat that didn’t excite me as I’m pretty sure I could whittle a fire while using this tool wrong.

Really like that it came with a bag and the pieces needed to use it. Will be very helpful in a lot of projects. Also like the cord function instead of having to use a battery pack.
