Ratchet is the perfect size
I like this 12 volt better than the 20 volt Dewalt ratchet. it's faster and not so lazy. I have a DCF 510 and I use this 500 more often it's just more convenient and it doesn't weigh a ton.

Great Tool and A Great Price
Bought this ratchet set about one year ago. I love it. Chnaging the oil on my truck required removing the front skid plate. This ratchet makes the job easy peezy!

Good tool, but doesn't like the cold
I got this for Christmas. My first job with it was to replace my clutch, working outside. The tool did not like 5-20*F temps -- it just grunted at me when I pressed the trigger. I also wish the anvil were reversible instead of having to keep up with two small parts. With those complaints out of the way, overall I like the tool pretty well. It speeds up the work and seems both powerful and controllable. It won't fit in tight spaces, but then, no cordless ratchet would.

Fast, easy, and versatile.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ratchet is my new go-to. I used it to replace the touchscreen in my truck that was bolted in. It was easy to control, cut the time it would have taken me in half, and saved my wrist as it did the work for me. After using it for a while, I realized it could be used for just about anything.

Pretty Average Tool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Something is missing....tool lacks power. Good size for hard to reach areas. Not a fan of having to buy 12v batteries instead of 20v. For being subcompact the tool still feels pretty heavy. Light on tool is pointless. Is neither bright or pointed in a good direction. Good that the charging stations support 20v and 12v. Probably a good tool for the right person. Just not for me.
