We no longer get locked out

The lock right out of the box looks elegant and has that premium look too. The lock has many features and the most important are how easy it is to unlock with fingerprint as well as with a code and lastly with the application. It connects fast with the house network and since we have a mesh system we didn't have to do anything. The instructions also come with templates to make it easy to install both the lock and the handle. The handle looks great with the lock and the set was the best for us....

Good lock, the app could use some more features.

Nice simple lock. It was easy to setup and it even came with drilling templates if you were installing it on a new door. I am interested to see how it stands up the the elements over the next few years, since my last smart lock screen got ruined by the sun. I am not sure if it was my setup, but the finger print reader is a hit or a miss. So definitely add a pin as a back up. This lock is missing some features that I had with my previous lock. You have three different options when trying to unlock the door. The fingerprint, 6 digit code, or a key are the three options available. Very easy to use and nice when you have younger children. Very easy to open and quiet. A lot of great features and a nice smart home upgrade.

Easy installation with basic tools

Recently obtained this door lock set for our shed, keep a lot of expensive tools and wanted them stored securely. For my purposes this lock is ideal, reasonable cost, great installation instructions, and don't need to keep track of a key. Had a little trouble with the fingerprint part but the number code works great. Great knowing my stuff is safe when we're away

The product appears to be well built from quality materials. The fingerprint scanner is helpful to unlock the door when hands are full. However the provided paper instructions and online instructions are not very clear and easy to understand. Touch lock

I really love the look of this touch pad door knob! Installation was a little challenging, especially with the inside knob. I had to hold it down and keep it in place while trying to screw it in, which was definitely a two-person job. Once installed, though, I really like it. The lock has tons of options for unlocking, which makes it super convenient and easy to use. Overall, I’m very happy with it!

Installation was very, replacing an existing door handle set only had to add additional drilled hole. Quick connection to Wi-Fi as well as the app material and construction of the door handle. Seems like it will last for a while. Would’ve been nice for the handle to have an optional key lock as well.
