Check the tape measure end to make sure it’s tight
Product feels well built, tape is no good tho because the end of it moves 1/8” or so. Was that way when I first went to use it. Will be exchanging for a new one

This might be the single greatest tape measure I’ve ever used. It is rigid so when you are measuring longer items it doesn’t randomly bend in half. I was able to easily and accurately measure while on a ladder because I didn’t have to fuss with it bending all sorts of ways.

Need to redesign the springs
I like the tape but haven't had the spring last more than a month on them. I have had two all of a sudden start pushing out instead of feeding in, and no i didn't pull it way out to the end of the tape, it happened at like 15' both times
A bit floppy and thin
I bought this to replace a very old Craftsman tape measure I had which was broken. The tape on this new one is thinner sheet metal and very "frail". I feel like I have to baby it to keep from damaging it. And due to the thinness of the sheet metal of the tape, it doesn't stand out as good as my old one. It wants to twist on its own this way and that. I plan to return this tape measure.
