Crescent Lufkin Shockforce G2 8m26-ft Tape Measure

Great tape measure

This tape measure is really heavy duty. From the moment you pick it up, you can tell it’s much better than the average tape measure. The numbers are easy to read and the blade is stiff enough to extend 10-12 feet strait up before collapsing.

Very practical and quality measuring tape

This is an awesome super heavy duty measuring tape. It has larger prints in both sides of the tape. It has a wide blade and it has a protecting coating in the fist 16 inches making it very durable. The belt clip is solid and stays in your belt. It is strong enough that it can survived a 120 ft. drop. The fact that it has a lifetime guarantee tell you the quality of this toolkit highly recommend this tool

An excellent quality tape measure

This is a high quality and comfortable to use tape measure. I've been using it for several days now and I like it. It's the right size and weight - it feels professional. It retracts nicely and the tape easily goes back in when you are done. Another feature that I love is the metric markings on it. The metric system is easier to use. When doing math and spacing things out the mm's are much easier to work with and for finer work you have 25.4 increments as opposed to 16 with an inch - sometimes t...

Nice heavy duty 26' tape measure

The Crescent/Lufkin Shockforce G2 26’ (8 meters) tape measure is really nice for the price. I have vision problems and the large black numbers show well on the yellow tape. The body of the tape measure is black & dark red. The numbers are laid out on the front of the tape such that they are right-side-up when the tape is held horizontally in your right hand. The blade is fairly wide- I was able to extend the tape straight out 12 feet before it folded, I expect you could reach their 17 fo...

Easy to read and use Lufkin Tape

Packaging was very bright and eye-catching. I have small hands and at first was concerned about the thickness of the tape but after using the concerns were gone. The tape has large easy to read numbers in both inched and CM on the front and back making it easy to see measurement. The larger tip holds very well even on round objects as shown in one of the pictures. I was able to get it extended easily to a little over 15 feet and with care and the right angle I got it to the advertised 17FT exten...

Excellent tape measure with significant heft

Very solid feeling, heavy with easily read divisions. English and metric measures can be quickly read on the oversized tape - wide with a pronounced curve to the blade profile. Make the blade quite stiff. The stiffness is both great and a pain - a pain if you're trying to measure to an inside corner, great if you need to measure across a 15' window! The end hook is coated with a "diamond" grit so it doesn't slide off your material as easily. Finally, the bottom of the blade also has the mea...

Nice big tape measure with metric side.

This is a nice big tape measure. It has some nice features. Some of the features might not be to everyone's liking. First is the size, it is a bit big so some might fine it too big. The diamond coating on the end piece is nice to help grab the end of what you are measuring. Not sure what the hole through one corner is for. Having the metric side is nice if you need it, but bad if you don't because you can only use one side.

Best tape measure on the market.

This is the best tape measure I have used. It is tougher than all the rest. It has a wide tape, easy to read marking indicators and easy roll back. The edges are smooth and I don’t worry about cutting myself when working when retracting the tape. The case protects the internal mechanisms and has a strong clip to keep it from falling from my belt. The packaging is a little overkill but it gets tossed after opening so it’s not a big deal. The tape is wide enough and has a great curve to get 1...

Very good/ sturdy tape measure

This tape measure is very easy to read. You dont need to worry about dropping it either becasue it is well built. The end of the tape also is coated very well and super secure. If you are rough on tapes or have a hard time seeing this is the best product for you.

Well designed and heavy

This tape measure has a lot of nice features. The case is solid with a rubberized-like cover and metal bars protecting the lock in case of a drop. There is a hole in the corner base of the case that you can run a lanyard or cord through. The belt clip has a lever on top that allows you to open the clip slightly, making it easier to clip it on a belt or pocket. The tape is in inches and centimeters which I find useful. Sometimes when you need a precise measurement, it's easier to use millimet...
