Although not yet used, I like the fact that the brackets are hidden from view when installed

$147 for a slab of metal.

They work fine. It came in a pack of 6 when I only needed 3. Kind of expensive for what it is. Couldn’t I have just bought 3 and only paid $75? It’s just metal, I don’t know why it’s so expensive.

Counter Support Plate

They work great. I wiwh I could have bought just one. They come in 3s's and I needed 4. So to get the additional bracket, I had to purchase 3. :-(

Does this bracket stick out 9.75 inches from the half wall, or 6 1/4 inches, since 3 1/2 inches is on top of the 1/2 wall?

How do I know if I need the regular or the XL? Installing quartz countertop on a kitchen island--13.5" overhang.
