Plant Damage
Almost 1/2 of the leaves were damaged/bent and contents of pot was loose in box making a mess when opened. The other plant arrived later and in good shape. This one did not! I would like a replacement or refund.

Arrived lively with a heat pack in Winter!
This is my first plant, also part of my new year resolution. I was skeptical if it’d be survived in winter during shipping, also the reviews kinda worrisome.. But! It’s intact and I found a heat pack while unpacking it :) i guess it’s the key to keep the cute plant warm and get thru the harsh shipping. It also comes with 2 sticks I don’t know what those for.. I’m a complete plant newbie.

Wrong product
I ordered this product and received a 4 pack of pothos instead. Its my fault that I didn't want to deal with a return, so I planted them where I planned to plant the snake plants and they are all dying. Not enough sunlight to my built in planter, which is why I ordered snake plants in the first place.
