Burners didn't work. Lowe's can't take returns after 48 hours even when they delivered late. Cosmo company can't replace and they want us to repair it ourselves. Horrible product and service don't buy it.

Left front burner ignitor does not work
Left front burner ignitor does not work. I also bought the 3 year protection plan and it was virtually impossible to file a claim online or by phone. Appliance extended warranties are supposed to take place immediately, but if you try to file a claim they tell you they are only valid after the mfg warranty expires, which does not include any labor coverage. Fortunately, Lowes store management was gracious enough to refund the warranty charge and compensate me for the partially working stove. ...

Highly functional cooktop
Bought this 6-burner cooktop about a month ago and installation was straightforward (I did hire a handyman to do it). My old cooktop had five burners but only two of them were usable as it had griddle type burners which I never used. This cooktop has six burners and nicely arranged so that I am able to use all of them if I needed to. Also, I love how the knobs are on the right side and away from the two high heat burners. No warranty on certain parts
model COS-DIC366 has completely discolored bezels around the knobs after 1 month of use. Cosmo does not warranty the non-functional parts so I have a brand new stainless cooktop with mostly black rings (looks like chipped paint) around the silver metal knobs. It's ugly and can only be corrected at my expense. Will not recommend this cooktop or Cosmo to a friend that's starting to build their dream home now. Unit functions just fine so far but it concerns me about the overall quality if cosmetic ...
