Over 20 year Lowe's customer and have never experienced such a horrible purchase. Ordered 2 x 1" x 12" x 38" select clear pine boards along with 1" x 2", 1" x 3" and 1" x 4" 48" clear pine boards. Used free delivery. Could not believe the full size water heater box these 6 boards arrived in. The box damage was unbelievable. Dents, length long impact creases, gashes, holes. The boards were just thrown in this 10 times too large of a box. No cling wrapping, stwine, extra cardboard. Nothing...
