Worked great and saved me a lot of time and money!
I made an appointment to have my septic tank pumped and when I dug the hole to reach the tank access cover I found the the handles that allowed you to remove the cover to be rusted off. The cover is concrete so I was able to fabricate new metal handles and then drill and insert the anchors which allowed me to bolt the handles to the comer and allowed for easy removal when the pumping was done.
