Fan stopped working
Overall I love the fireplace. However, after 14 months the fan has stopped working. Not sure if others have had this problem. So pretty bummed out after spending this kind of money. Anyone else have his problem?

Great customer service
my remote stopped working and I couldn't find where to replace it at so I emailed the company and even though it was past the warranty time they still sent me a replacement at no cost to me. it came so fast and I was updated by the company through email with any update that I needed, highly recommend. I also wanted to say I bought at different brand smaller for my bathroom at the same time and it has since started to have issues while this one works like a gem! 💎

It took a while to complete my project so by the time I got the fireplace installed and running I was close to being outside the 6-month warranty period. Once in use it, would occasionally trip the breaker, even on a dedicated circuit. It looked fantastic but I felt like it wasn't safe to keep running.
