It was so easy to assemble & connect the power; leather color was same as pictured & the perfect shade of navy blue for my living room decor; so easy to operate. This model doesn't have lumbar, but not needed

The 2 recliners were delivered to the store much earlier than stated when ordered. They are comfortable and the color is what I was looking for.

May not be too dog friendly.

The arms could be a little higher, I am 5ft 5 and I feel like my arms are hanging down. The rest of the chair is comfortable and the leather is soft. My Great Dane did scratch it the first day though.

The chair arrived sooner than I thought. After assembling the chair I was impressed with the quality and found it to be comparable to chairs costing twice the price, The assembly was very simple as there were only 4 sections that slid into place and 1 electrical plug to connect and took only 20 minutes max.
