I HATE this fan!
I purchased this fan on 2/24/2023 from Lowe's online. I had it installed by a licensed electrician on 3/10/2023. I wish I had had him take it back down & returned it. The light blinks randomly all of the time. I called 1-888-830-1326. They had me turn the light up & down twice. Told me it that didn't fix it, I would need to call back & order some part to repair it. Apparently this is a known problem. THIS IS A BRAND NEW FAN!!! I paid a lot of money for this POJ. Beautiful Fan for my Patio
Although I love this fan I was completely aggravated that there were no instructions in the box I looked twice, my son looked twice, NOTHING. Had to search online for the fan and waste my time printing out instructions. at my expense of paper and ink CASABLANCA- How about some compensation for this considering how much i spent for your product

Great at fan, awful at lighting
I had a very well written long review about the difficulties this fan but I guess I went over the word limit. Long story short, hard to install required professional specialty tools, LED light is dimmer than a 40-W bulb, wall mounted remote is impossible to use if you have medium to long fingernails. Only good news is this fan runs well at high speeds and doesn't require balancing.

NOT REVERSIBLE VIA REMOTE!
I have ALWAYS purchased Casablanca fans when shopping fans. I recently purchased 5 fans for a new home. All were perfect and operated perfectly. I recently purchased this VERSE model thinking it would suffice for a very high 18Ft. porch ceiling. After it was installed, the electrician informs me that to reverse the fan, you must climb up 18ft., remove the light cover, then switch the direction of the fan!! 2 installed, easy to use
We replaced some early 90s fixtures with this fan in two rooms. We installed one flush mount and the other with a short downrod. The flush mount one took a little longer to install, about 3 hours, while the downrod one took about 2 hours. I would say these were easy to install, came with multiple components to support different configurations (flush, short/long downrods, with or without lights). I love the remote and the extra features, especially the built-in dimmer. We plan to install two more...
