Rich in history and tradition, the Panama is a true classic. Inspired by evolutions in the automobile industry, this product has been revamped and revitalized while keeping the foundation and integrity that makes it one of our best ceiling fans. This traditional fan boasts superior air circulation driven by an ultra-powerful six-speed DC motor for unparalleled power, silent performance, and reliability over decades of daily use. The original five-bladed fan, the Panama DC motor ceiling fan remains as timeless as ever.

QUIET BUT POWERFUL: The WhisperWind motor delivers ultra-powerful air movement with whisper-quiet performance so you get the cooling power you want without the noise you don't
WINTER AND SUMMER: Reversible motor allows you to change the direction of your fan from downdraft mode during the summer which helps cool the room to updraft mode during the winter to help circulate trapped warm air near the ceiling
MOUNTING OPTIONS: Installer's Choice three-position mounting system allows for standard, low, or angled mounting based on your room's requirements
FLIP THE BLADE: This fan features reversible blades with a different finish on the other side to match your design
HANDHELD REMOTE: remote included for easy speed and lighting adjustment from anywhere in the room
BLADE PITCH: the degree the blade slices the air is optimized for each fan design; 13 degree blade pitch optimized to ensure ideal air movement and peak performance

Replacement Fan

Would Recommend

I'm replacing the same fan I have had for 22 years with this one. Same company and same model. I expect the same service from my new one.

Love this fan

Would Recommend

Have had it for a couple of years. Never any trouble. My only problem right now is that I can't find the remote. Hope I can get a replacement.

Did not work!

Would Not Recommend

after spending 2 hours installing the fan by a professional electrician, the remote would only work on speed 6, and the fan made a rubbing noise. We had to take it down and return it. Also had to pay the electrician for nothing. We spent more money on this fan than other in our home, because we wanted a high quality Casablanca in our family room. Cheaper brands worked fine.

Works as advertised but vibrates.

Would Not Recommend

The top motor cover is made of stamped sheet metal and it vibrates at various frequencies. I disassembled the motor and coated the inside of the cover with black latex caulk. This works perfectly and the motor runs quietly now. Every feature works OK.

Quiet, no wobble and has a good remote control too

Would Recommend

This fan installed easily as this type of project goes and works nicely. The Casablanca company does a great job particularly with parts identification. Parts bags have identifying marks so you know what screw bag goes with which step! That was nice. The fan runs silently, no hum. The remote control is a good one, not too small and has a 6 button fan speed control not just 3 as my other fans do. Reverse direction is on the remote too, cool! This is my first Casablanca fan purchase. I would for ...
