Quality control for belt color

i have bought two of your black belts. the 1st was made in Guatemala. I liked it a ordered a second one and this one was made in India. It actually is a dark gray/olive greenish color on the outside and black on the back side. I can use a gray colored belt, so I am keeping it, but it isn't really black. Check the quality control on that batch.

For Carhartt terrible

Runs way too small quality is very poor if you're 34 pick a 38 for the belt if you wanna buy it

Starts Ok but streates out quick

Cheap leather, I started on the 2nd to loosest hole and 6 months later am on the tightest, unfortunately i didn't loose any weight the belt just keeps stretching out. Save your money for something better or on a no name that will last about the same time for half the price.

A great belt - make sure that your size is right - try on if you can.

For both the Hamilton and the Straight leather belts. Both are nice and seem to be solid leather and should last a long time. The Hamilton is a little more fancy or formal. One caution - The size of the belt is exactly what you get. If you order a 34 inch waist but you really are a a little bigger (35 waist, or even 35 1/2) it will be tight and may not even fit. I'd recommend definately trying the belt on in the store, if you can.

A little snug but great quality

This belt runs small and brown runs smaller than black. Plan to add 4" to your pants waist size rather than the usual 2". Great Construction and it is the quality I expect from Carhartt.

Broke plastic belt loop fastener upon unpacking. Trashed belt immediately. My least favorite Carhartt purchase

Poor quality snaps/ not so "rugger"

My daughter bought this for me as a gift. She was showing me how the buckle could be swapped and as she pulled the snap, the rivet came apart. Brand new, never got a chance to put it on. The tag is labeled "rugged hardware" but I guess we have different definitions of rugged. We're taking it back for a full refund.
