Cambridge 69.7-in W White/Black TV Stand with Fan-forced Flat wall Electric Fireplace with Remote Control Included

We fid not receive the whole fireplace tv stand…. All that came was the fireplace insert…. My wife called Lowe’s and they say we have to contact the manufacturer…. This should not be the case we ordered it from Lowe’s. They should take care of tracking this down this order..,very disappointed. We have spent lots of money at Lowes and sadly this is not the first time they seem to drop the ball on customer service…i hope they will make this right

Very Unclear/Incomplete Assembly Instructions

The cabinet assembly instructions were not complete and assembly/installation instructions for fireplace were entirely too limited. Had to Youtube it and figure it out.The top board of the cabinet is warped slightly making the doors difficult to adjust to close properly. Eventually were able to work through the bugs and are happy with it. Had a broken leg on cabinet upon delivery. Delivered in 2 huge boxes

I read the reviews that mentioned only having to put the insert in place....not true. this was delivered in 2 huge boxes that were so heavy I could not move either one. I am an elderly woman in my 80's. Even though this is beautiful, it is beyond my means to put together. I am waiting for Lowe's to come and pick the boxes up for a return, in the meantime they take up a large part of my living room.

Have to bolt this to the wall for stability/safety

The product arrived late and several pieces were broken, disappointed. I did not know that it did not have enough legs underneath it and that it would have to be secured to a wall. If it is secured to a wall, it can not ever be moved from the location without putting more holes in the wall, disappointed again. Busted and cheaply made for price

Ordered this entertainment center for over $800 and it came in all busted up. Returned and reordered because I really liked it and the wrong one came in. Lowe’s was not helpful in anyway. This was a birthday present that I had waited weeks for and I had waited all for nothing. It was nothing but a headache and waste of my time. Will never shop at Lowe’s again.

Clapboard mess!

I purchased this item online. First mistake! It was left outside by delivery. The item was broken into many pieces. I couldn’t believe how poor the workmanship was, pressed wood. I ended up returning the product. Not worth the money!!!!!!

Be prepared for some parts to be broke.

Product is very nice but the way they put some trim pieces together cause it to be broken upon arrival.
