I really like this range. (Especially the white color!) My reason for only 3 stars is that all the burners burn so hot, even on the lowest setting. I have to use a diffuser to simmer, otherwise the pot will boil away.

Overall I’m happy with the range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a really nice range. The griddle is handy and warms quickly. My only knock would be the large oven takes a bit of time to get to temp. Having 6 burners and such large oven space makes cooking multiple meals or a large feast a breeze!!

Replaced Old ZDP484
Replaced older version of same range (ZDP484) after 15/20 years, can comment to the design and features as we have just started using the range today. It is clear there have been cost cutting measures in design and options, however to be fair this range costs about the same as it did 20 years ago. Range burner Igniters keep trying ignite
When cooking on the range top with 2-3 burners in use, the igniters start sparking like it wants to fire up a burner. What are the possible causes of that? We've had the igniter module changed out and it still happens.

Two major issues
We have had this beautiful dual range for 2 years. I just wish that for the amount of money we paid for it, it would actually work properly. One of the knobs cracked and will not turn on the burner at all, and another big issue is that when I open my oven door to put a dish in there the main door will not close completely. I have to really press on the handle to make sure it closes tightly to prepare my meal. When I forget I wasted 30 minutes or more minutes of baking time. We did call the ...

We absolutely love our range! It's great for everyday and also for entertaining lots of guests. So many features make cooking and baking easy and provides for excellent meals. Large capacity oven allows for baking all the cookies at once instead of taking several trays in and out of a smaller oven. Temperature control is easy and accurate.
