Not what I was expecting

A few things that I was very disappointed with. The quality of the refrigerator feels very cheap. Whenever I open the freezer, it feels flimsy and wobbly. The plastic inserts are solo flimsy and feel cheap. The the three buttons of “water, crushed, cubed” feel very cheap and you can see all of them move when one is selected. rate of water flow from the dispenser is anemically slow and takes forever to fill cups. Not sure I would purchase another product like this.

Solid - but no autofill seems like a huge miss

Overall it’s been solid. Good layout and looks nice. Impossible to figure out the photos option / upload although it’s something I don’t really care to have / need anyway. Biggest issue I have is - there’s no ability to auto fill anything with the water dispenser. The display reads out the amount of water dispensed in real time a “precise fill” seems redundant / useless and you have to keep the lever pushed in the entire time you’re filling. Wish I could set a volume I wanted filled and walk awa...

Avoid GE appliances

We have had our cafe refrigerator for three years. The filters come on an auto ship for replacement. Our last set had two faulty filters which is about $100 in filters. When I called to say they were faulty GE told me they were out of warranty even though they send a 3 pack that is replaced every 6 months. When I said that is ridiculous they told me well you don’t have to buy 3 at a time. Horrible customer service and as soon as this refrigerator breaks we will be switching brands.

Very attractive and functional addition to our kitchen. Love the hot water feature! Steady temp, quiet operation, very well lit interior.

Who designed this?

Possibly the worst designed refrigerator I have ever seen. Ice capacity is ridiculously small. Doors don’t open far enough yo allow full access to the lower drawer.

pretty and easy

Love this fridge.... Don't love how I can still see little pieces of the green plastic still in the grooves of handles or inside the doors because of how it needed to be taken off when it was already installed and placed in my kitchen. But I do love how easy it was to connect this fridge to the wifi and how simple it is to use it in the app. All good qualities.

Poor quality, save your money

I’ll be honest 14 months touch screen broke no help from ge. Replaced screen with updated part and touch screen works but reboots when trying to switch from crushed to cubes, Hot water tank stopped working. Have to buy ge filter with QR code. Not impressed with 3 thousand dollar fridge. I’ll pass on anything ge from now on .

Life spawned right now can not u this refrigerator

Purchased this refrigerator 6 years ago - the inside light starting malfunctioning. Then the temp starting rising . Terrible customer service from the cafe company . A refrigerator like this should last a lot longer !

Great for 3-4 years

I loved this refrigerator when we first got it , but once the perks started breaking, it wasn't worth the price. The buttons have all broken off and we have had to replace the screen. Now it appears like where the drink dispenser was it corroded the refrigerator. Not worth the cost.
