Cheaply made and quit engaging
Cheaply made and mower would not engage after 3rd time mowing! SURPRISE!! You can't return it to Lowe's, you have to open a warranty claim with craftsman and go through a process with a repair shop, if they seem it defective you will get a return, not worth the headache, go to a dealer!

Ordered a riding lawnmower . Recieved it today . All was good on the mower until I put it i forward and reverse and it would not move when the break was released. Something had not been hooked up . I need someone to come and fix or replace it

I don't know where to begin. I purchased this mower 1 year ago. I live in the Northeast so 1 year means roughly 20 mows. I did not purchase Lowes Protection. Why? Because I purchased a product that Lowes put their name behind and it's insane to me that I should be required to pay more money to make sure it isn't faulty.
